We're currently supporting one of the UK's leading consumer organisations in the search for an experienced Change Manager to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. This role will play a key part in delivering a business-wide migration from Google Workspace applications to Microsoft 365, helping drive user adoption, engagement, and organisational readiness across the programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading change management activities across the migration programme
- Driving user adoption and business readiness initiatives
- Managing stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions
- Developing and delivering communication and training plans
- Working closely with programme and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365
Ideal experience:
- Proven Change Management experience within large-scale transformation programmes
- Previous experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects
- Experience supporting migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 would be highly beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced enterprise environments
