Service Delivery Manager required to join our globally renowned hospitality client, taking ownership of the consistent and high-quality delivery of IT services across their global operations. The Service Delivery Manager will work collaboratively with key Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and non-MSP suppliers to build strong, productive partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening supplier relationships, driving service improvements, and overseeing the monitoring and reporting of SLAs and KPIs across all technology vendors.
Acting as the operational point of contact for MSPs and both Front of House and Back of House vendors, you’ll ensure that outsourced partners deliver dependable, scalable technology solutions that keep business operations running seamlessly.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes — particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management — and will ideally bring experience from within the hospitality industry.
Key requirements:- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL certification highly desirable)
- Proven IT Service Delivery/IT operations in multi-vendor environment
- Background experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant industry
- Experienced in managing outsourced IT service providers
- Effective communicator, with a strong ability to collaborate
- Vendor relationship management
