Solutions Manager – SAP – Hull – Hybrid – £90-95,000

The UK’s leading trade and logistics company is seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to take ownership of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions supporting its Engineering functions. You will work closely with both the business and SAP teams to select, design, and deliver effective, value-driven solutions.

The Solutions Manager will define and deliver a continuous improvement roadmap for Enterprise Asset Management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong process and functional expertise in SAP, with a background as a functional lead for SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions.

Working closely with Engineering stakeholders, Business Partners, and SAP functional teams, you will operate as both solution architect and delivery lead—overseeing solution design, shaping the SAP roadmap, and advising the business on the best approaches to address operational and strategic challenges. A strong SAP background and deep understanding of asset management processes are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Process and functional understanding of SAP
• Experienced with SAP PM (Plant maintenance) integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO)/third party systems
• Proven experience with SAP enterprise asset management solutions
• Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori apps related to EAM is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience working with 3rd party vendors as service providers

Salary: £90-95,000 + Benefits
