Job Description
Head of IT Delivery Projects – Multi-Site Retail – £120k per annum
My client is looking for a talented Head of IT Delivery, to lead the group technology delivery team and oversee the execution of the full technology project portfolio to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience as a senior IT delivery leader and a strong background in managing large, multi-site, international technology projects – preferably in retail or hospitality.
The Head of IT Delivery will be responsible for Project Delivery, Strategy & Business Growth, and Team Leadership. This will include ensuring the IT project portfolio aligns with existing strategy, managing risks and issues, and implementing new processes. There will be a significant focus on organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives, and with being a mentor and leader for the existing technology team.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering complex technology-enabled business outcomes, including managing project budgets, financial forecasting and applying governance frameworks.
- Impressive relationship building, stakeholder engagement and people management skillset
- Strong Agile experience
- Knowledge of how multi-site businesses operate and their challenges
- Retail or hospitality sector experience
Salary: £120,000 pa Basic Salary + package
Location: West London – 4 days per week on site, 1 day remote
