Business Analyst – Telecoms – £55K

Our telecommunications client, currently in an exciting phase of change and transformation, now requires a Business Analyst to become a permanent member of their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented professional to support a thriving business.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for discovery, defining future-state requirements, and turning complex needs into clear, actionable solutions across a range of change projects. They will support Project Managers across people, process and systems programmes, and be great at stakeholder management and relationship building.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Change & Transformation projects
• Expertise in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Experience in systems integration
• Really strong communication skills
• Telecommunications experience desirable

Salary: £55,000 basic

Location: Fareham / Hybrid
