Global Energy Client now requires an Enterprise Systems Manager to be responsible for driving operational systems improvements and processes that keep their complex, multi‑business‑unit organisation running consistently, safely, and efficiently. What you will be doing:
- Act as a senior adviser on enterprise systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
- Support the development of a strategy to consolidate and integrate a diverse portfolio of systems and processes following multiple business acquisitions
- Work across business units and process areas to help design and deliver a coordinated programme of work that unlocks business and commercial value
- Partner closely with global supply chain, HR, and operations stakeholders
- Manage the practicalities of large‑scale change: sequencing work at pace, navigating competing priorities, and having difficult conversations
- Work with stakeholders across multiple geographies – comfort operating cross‑culturally and across time zones is essential
- Help translate a complex, fast‑moving integration agenda into deliverable actions while keeping sight of the bigger global picture
The ideal Enterprise Systems Manager will have:
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Business Systems within the oil & gas, supply chain, manufacturing, or another asset‑heavy, operational sector
- Deep expertise across Operations, Maintenance, Finance, HR, or Supply Chain
- A broad working understanding of core business processes across those functions, even outside your primary area of depth
- Experience coordinating and influencing multiple functional stakeholders to deliver roadmaps and system improvements
- A solid grasp of the wider technical landscape of major business systems, vendors, associated risks, and value potential
- Comfort operating across a large, multi‑country, matrixed organisation, including international and cross‑cultural stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently up to senior management level
- A flexible, adaptable style suited to a fast‑moving environment, with resilience to navigate competing priorities and occasional difficult conversations
