High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up now requires a Customer Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end migration of their clients onto their strategic payments platform.
This role will be the bridge between commercial, product, technology, and operations teams, owning migration strategy, client engagement, and executive stakeholder management from inception to adoption.
You will own the end-to-end journey, representing both the business and their clients throughout the entire migration process ensuring minimal disruption to cardholders and revenue flow etc.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale client migration programmes in payments, fintech, banking, or regulated financial services.
- Strong commercial and client leadership across enterprise/strategic accounts.
- Experience running complex, cross-functional transformation programmes spanning product, tech, and operations.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management experience across executive, commercial, and technical audiences.
- Experience managing migration risk, readiness, and client transition in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
- Highly preferred: Card issuing/payments ecosystem knowledge, cloud/platform modernisation experience, and exposure to multi-country regulated migrations.

In terms of working structure, this is hybrid 1-2 days per week in our clients Central London office and the rest remote.
