We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead the mobilisation and early delivery of a major student services transformation programme, with an initial focus on timetabling transformation. This hands-on role will establish clarity of scope, governance, delivery approach, and resourcing, while driving pace and momentum across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, academic stakeholders, student services, IT, and delivery partners to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading timetabling and wider student services transformation initiatives
- Mobilising programmes, setting governance, and managing risks and dependencies
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across academic and professional services
- Driving service redesign, process improvement, and digital enablement
- Embedding change management, benefits tracking, and performance reporting
Key Skills:
- Proven experience Programme Managing Organisational Change
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Higher Education sector
- Experience deploying a student services system ie. timetabling, student management systems or attendance systems
- Ability to operate at pace and lead through influence
