High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up is looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in payments, card issuing, and transaction processing to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple international markets.
Define and manage 12-month product roadmaps aligned to customer needs and commercial objectives.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact products.
Navigate card scheme rules, regulatory requirements, and multi-market operational complexities.
Drive successful product launches, customer adoption, and commercial performance.
Mentor Product Managers and help shape product management best practices across the organisation.
Strong Product Management experience within the payments or FinTech sector.
Proven end-to-end product delivery experience, from defining product strategy and building roadmaps through to understanding customer needs and owning the full technical delivery lifecycle.
Deep understanding of Visa and Mastercard ecosystems, including authorisation flows, settlement, and interchange.
Permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to £90,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits package.
Hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in the client’s Central London office, with the remainder remote.
