Opportunity for an experienced HR leader to support a global Legal, Compliance & Corporate Secretariat function within a large, fast-paced pharmaceutical organisation.

This role partners closely with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders across a complex global matrix, supporting organisational transformation, leadership capability, and cultural change.

  • Organisational effectiveness and transformation delivery
  • Leadership capability development and executive coaching (C-suite exposure essential)
  • Talent management and succession planning across critical corporate functions
  • Culture, engagement and performance improvement
  • Extensive HR Business Partnering experience supporting C-suite / executive leadership
  • Proven experience within Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretariat (or comparable corporate functions such as Finance)
