Opportunity for an experienced HR leader to support a global Legal, Compliance & Corporate Secretariat function within a large, fast-paced pharmaceutical organisation. This role partners closely with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders across a complex global matrix, supporting organisational transformation, leadership capability, and cultural change.
Key responsibilities:
- Organisational effectiveness and transformation delivery
- Leadership capability development and executive coaching (C-suite exposure essential)
- Talent management and succession planning across critical corporate functions
- Culture, engagement and performance improvement
- Support for large-scale global change programmes
Candidate profile:
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience supporting C-suite / executive leadership
- Proven experience within Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretariat (or comparable corporate functions such as Finance)
- Background in large, fast-paced, complex organisations (e.g. global matrix, high-change environments) essential
- Strong experience in organisational design, transformation and talent strategy
- Confident operating in ambiguity and driving senior-level conversations directly
- Highly proactive, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven
- Strong stakeholder management across senior global leadership teams
- Pharma experience advantageous but not essential
