  • Shaping and governing the Group's strategic transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
  • Working with Executive Leadership to identify and prioritise the organisation's major strategic change initiatives.

  • Establishing clear ownership, governance, benefits tracking and executive reporting.
  • Engaging business and regional leadership to create a joined-up Group approach to transformation.

About you

You'll ideally bring

  • Significant experience as a

  • Ownership of enterprise-wide transformation portfolios and strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience translating corporate strategy into an executable portfolio of change.

  • Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholder management.
  • Experience across operating model, organisational and operational transformation .
  • Strong exposure to Finance Transformation.
  • Experience coordinating transformation across Technology, Data, Architecture or Digital.
  • Exposure to outsourcing, BPO/ITO, shared services or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience of M&A, integration or complex organisational change would be highly advantageous.
