Global FinTech scale-up now requires an experienced Group Product Manager to lead a product vertical focused on building innovative payment solutions across international markets. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded Product leader with deep expertise across FinTech payments combined with proven experience leading and developing Product Managers within fast-paced environments.
The Group Product Manager will own both the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of a key product vertical — shaping product vision, defining 12–18 month roadmaps, understanding customer and market needs, and overseeing delivery through to technical execution, launch, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
- Drive product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across clients, partners and internal leadership.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and scheme compliance requirements.
- Own commercial performance, product KPIs and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Skilled Senior Product Manager with proven leadership experience within high-growth or complex organisations.
- Fintech Payments Product delivery experience is essential.
- Strong end-to-end product delivery experience, from defining strategy and long-term roadmaps through to customer understanding, technical delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Deep expertise within payments, card issuing, prepaid, transaction processing, disbursements, or regulated financial services.
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, including scheme compliance, authorisation flows, settlement, and commercial drivers.
- Strong technical fluency - Ability to work with engineering teams to oversee technical delivery.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across international or multi-market environments.
Permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to £130,000 plus 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in the London office, with the remainder remote.
