Leading eCommerce client now requires an experienced Programme Lead to deploy an ERP which will unify their Finance and HR systems. This is an exciting international project where you will be working on a large-scale ERP transformation to unify our clients finance and HR administrative processes. This role is a complex project, replacing our client’s current legacy ERP systems to make HR and finance processes as unified as other business areas, post-merger.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience working across large scale global ERP programmes with Oracle Fusion.
- Experience directly reporting to a CFO.
- Strong experience with programme governance, risk and vendor management.
- The ability to work across multiple countries (adjusting to different regulations and local context).
- Strong Finance business expertise combined with finance process design / new processes definition.
- Strong understanding of data migrations, integrations and testing from a business point of view.
Desirable:
- Fluent in both English and French.
This is an initial 6 month contract role, Outside IR35. In terms of working structure, this is a hybrid role based in London with travel required to their European offices frequently.
