We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a project within a professional services environment, working closely with both business and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role plays a key part in stakeholder engagement, requirement analysis, and supporting successful project delivery across enterprise systems.

You will work directly with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand business processes and requirements, gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional needs. The role requires strong experience producing high-quality artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases, alongside confidence facilitating workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and refinement sessions.

Acting as a bridge between business and delivery teams, you will ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will support UAT planning and execution, including test case review and defect triage, maintain requirements traceability, and assist with change management and impact analysis as requirements evolve. You will collaborate within Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience working with stakeholders across business, technology, and third-party teams
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or equivalent

Location: London
Day Rate: £320 (Outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6-month
