We are helping our global pharmaceutical client to recruit a talented and driven Business Process Management Analyst to join their high-profile global transformation programme focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation and process excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong Process Mapping and Process Improvement skills to play a key role within the Process Excellence team, helping to shape and optimise business processes across global operations. Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data, and Technology functions, you’ll drive process design, facilitate workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and support transformational change initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in process mapping and process improvement
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience working within Supply Chain and/or Data environments
- Experience using or managing BPM applications
- Demonstrable application of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ERP transformation, or technology change programmes
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills
Rate: £500 per day Outside IR35
Location: Macclesfield (3 days per week on site, 2 remote)
