A leading global consumer healthcare organisation is on the lookout for a high-calibre Programme Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme and help embed a best-in-class change capability. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead the delivery of change and communications strategy across a complex, global landscape. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive engagement, shape the change journey, and ensure real, measurable adoption across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and delivering the end-to-end change strategy across a large-scale global programme
- Partnering with programme leadership and business stakeholders to drive adoption and outcomes
- Leading stakeholder mapping, engagement, and change impact assessments
- Designing and executing compelling communication and engagement strategies
- Supporting the rollout of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption
- Coaching and influencing senior leaders to champion change and navigate resistance
