We're currently supporting one of the UK's leading consumer organisations in the search for an experienced Change Manager to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. This role will play a key part in delivering a business-wide migration from Google Workspace applications to Microsoft 365, helping drive user adoption, engagement, and organisational readiness across the programme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading change management activities across the migration programme
  • Driving user adoption and business readiness initiatives
  • Managing stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions
  • Developing and delivering communication and training plans
  • Working closely with programme and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365

Ideal experience:

  • Proven Change Management experience within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Previous experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects
  • Experience supporting migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 would be highly beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within fast-paced enterprise environments
