We’re supporting a leading global automotive organisation on a major transformation programme and are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to play a key role in a Collections platform replacement initiative. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute across the full lifecycle of a large-scale system migration — from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and go-live — within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end system replacement activities across the Collections platform
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to capture and define requirements
- Contribute to data migration strategy, planning, and execution
- Analyse and document integrations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to support solution delivery
- Support delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Proven track record delivering large-scale system replacement or transformation programmes within financial services environments
- Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to interrogate, analyse, and validate complex datasets
- Hands-on experience with SaaS implementations and data migration activities
- Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture principles
- Experience working on collections, lending, or recoveries platforms is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
