Our non-profit client now has a great opportunity for a talented Business Process Consultant to join them on a short-term contract assignment. This is a role well suited to a professional who can take a key role in Business Process Mapping.
The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to a new operating model, by mapping prioritised to-be processes and identifying transition requirements from process reviews. The key focus here will be improving customer experience within the organisation.
