Leading hospitality client now requires a Business Change Lead to be responsible for the design, delivery and execution of change strategies across their strategic growth programme. This role will ensure new ways of working are seamlessly adopted by teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the change management strategy for our client’s strategic growth programme.
- Define and implement structured change approaches.
- Support early story mapping and embed change management strategies into overall delivery plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all functions that are crucial to change management activities.
- Support central ops and project teams with continuous improvement and upskilling.
- Act as a single point of contact for all matters related to Change ensuring clarity across workstreams.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience in a change management, business consulting or transformation role (preferably within the hospitality sector).
- Proven experience designing and delivering change strategies across multi-site environments.
- Ability to lead people-led change across operational processes, menu innovation, digital adoption etc.
- Experience setting up and maturing change management best practices in a ‘new’ environment.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies.
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of up to £95,000 plus excellent benefits. In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in their Central London office and the rest remote. Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
