We’re partnering with a forward-thinking insurance client who are seeking a high-impact Business Analyst to support key transformation initiatives. This role will focus on driving process improvement and automation across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, map, and optimise end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver detailed process mapping across core business areas (must-have)
  • Support automation and wider transformation initiatives
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, challenge, and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements in business processes
