Our award-winning Higher Education client now requires a talented Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis to support their payroll transformation programme. This is part of a wider business change piece across service improvement that is taking place this year and requires an experienced Business Analyst to provide key support.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for process mapping and validating business requirements for this Payroll transformation piece. They will need to be strong communicators and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders – soft skills is a huge part of this role. It is really important for this person to understand Payroll systems and Higher Education as a sector.
