A 3rd Line Support Engineer is required to join a renowned multi-site entertainment client, providing high-level IT support across the company and ensuring the prompt resolution of operational IT issues within the UKI business. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will collaborate with external IT support teams, ensuring they are well-informed about new technology implementations and how to effectively support them. They will also be responsible for coordinating the installation and implementation of network and IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience as the first escalation point for internal users when external helpdesk providers are unable to resolve issues. The successful candidate will have experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer and be looking to take the next step in their career. They will possess a solid background in LAN, WAN, and Azure, with the ability to adapt training materials to ensure new outsourced providers have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage issues and escalations in specific territories.
