ThiscomplexglobaldeploymentimpactsnumerousSAP&non-SAPsystemsaswellasITservices,andyouwillensureseamlessintegrationwithafocusonboththecoreS/4HANAcomponentsandanyaffectedancillarysystems.Youwillestablishandmanagestrategiestoaddressvaryingprocessandservicerequirements,ensuringadherenceandcompletionoftaskswhilevisiblyreportingprogressandriskstoboththeAxialProgrammeandtheSD&TTeam.SupportedbytheSD&Tteam,youwillactasaconsultant,bringingyourexpertisetobearwhiledrivingforwardourprogrammeobjectives.

Keyskills

• ProvenexperienceinITServiceManagement,ServiceDesign,andTransitionprocesses.
• Experienceofdevelopingandimplementingprogramme-wideServiceDesign&Transition(SD&T)strategycoveringallaspectsofSAPS/4HANAdeploymentsandaffectednon-SAPsystemsandITservices.
• ExperienceinECC/S/4andnon-SAPsystemsdeploymentsinlargeglobalorganisations
• Solidunderstandingofproject/programmemanagementprinciplesandexperiencewithinalarge-scaleprogrammeenvironment.EnsuringcompliancewithregulationssuchasSoX,Privacy,andGxP.
• Strongstakeholdermanagementskills,includingcommunicationandrelationship-buildingcapabilitiesataseniorlevel.
• Experienceapplyingpolicies,procedures,andriskmanagementwithinregulatoryframeworks.
• Capableofprioritizingtaskseffectivelyunderpressureandmakinginformeddecisions.
• Experiencewithenterpriseoperatingenvironmentisadvantageous.
