IT Business Partner HR Systems Cambridge Hybrid – £650 p/d (Outside IR35) 3 months

ExperiencedIT Business Partnerwith deep expertise in Digital HR Systems is needed to join a globally recognised pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. This is a high-impact role focused on leading the evolution of the HR technology landscape with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.

You will proactively identify where IT can drive competitive advantage through the delivery of forward-thinking, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge across the HR function and technology landscape is essential, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results from building compelling business cases to mobilising large-scale, high-value technology investments. Youll be accountable for shaping and communicating the technology strategy and roadmap for core HR functions, while ensuring alignment with both business priorities and emerging technology trends. Demonstrated experience in AI application and innovation delivery is key to success in this role.

Location: Cambridge (3x a week onsite)

Day Rate: £650 p/d (Outside IR35)
