About Us: Ventrolla specialises in the manufacturing and restoration of high-quality timber sash and casement windows, as well as bespoke timber doors. Serving both domestic and commercial clients across the UK, our Harrogate office is the hub of innovation and craftsmanship.

Role Overview: As part of our expanding Production Team, we are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to contribute to the creation and restoration of exceptional timber products. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision craftsmanship and enjoys working with high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and restore sash and casement windows and timber doors to high standards.
  • Operate and maintain traditional woodworking machinery, including:
    • Crosscut saws
    • Thicknessers
    • Planers
    • Tenoners
    • Spindle moulders
    • Mortisers
    • 4-sided planers and moulders
  • Ensure all products meet Ventrolla’s quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workshop.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably with sash and casement window projects.
  • Proficient in using traditional woodworking machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into finished products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
