Key Responsibilities
- Support accurate pricing by reviewing drawings, specifications, bills and scopes.
- Provide commercial input into tenders, risk reviews and value engineering.
- Work with Estimating and Commercial teams to ensure pricing aligns with target margins.
- Prepare and maintain project cost plans, budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track actual costs vs budget and raise early warnings for variance.
