Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Ventro Group are currently looking for a motivated, driven, and passionate individual to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting with continuous recruitment requirements. The Talent Acquisition Executive will recruit, headhunt and fill internal roles as well as managing internal systems and databases. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for actively recruiting and head hunting across all departments * Follow recruit plan, being flexible where needed * Write and edit job descriptions * Advertise vacancies on various job boards * Overseeing candidate shortlisting and initial screening calls * Liaise with hiring managers * Arranging and attending interviews * Making job offers and sending out offer letters * Create and send employment contracts * IT and phone set up (complete various request forms) * All communication with new starter prior including induction day confirmation * Conducting new-starter inductions * Completion of new starter paperwork and adding to People HR * Communication and liaison with agencies where required The successful candidate will: * Have previous recruitment experience is desirable * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Possess a positive, can-do attitude * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications What you will get in return: * Commission structure * Ability to purchase additional annual leave * Healthcare scheme * Regular company events * Cycle to work scheme * Company reward scheme (vouchers, etc) Ventro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
