Fire Damper Engineer

Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Ventro are looking for an experienced Damper Engineer to maintain fire dampers to BS9999 and BS EN1366-10\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Understand the requirements of BS9999 and BS EN1366-10 in line with current standards and customer requirements and able to conduct system maintenance in accordance with the standard\\n\\n * Effectively communicate with the Service Scheduling team\\n\\n * Be responsible for the management and security of own equipment stock in an efficient and economical manner by determining stock levels in relation to work activities and ordering stock items as and when appropriate via the Service Scheduling team\\n\\n * Weekly reporting to Service Scheduling team\\n\\n * Promote the profile of Ventro\\n\\n * Promote a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximising client involvement and feedback\\n\\n * Promote customer service excellence\\n\\n * Understand the company’s obligations under the contract\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with Ventro processes and procedures at all times\\n\\n * Maintain a presentable image by adherence to the Ventro dress code\\n\\nThe successful candidate will:\\n\\n * Have experience of maintaining fire and smoke dampers\\n\\n * Be able to isolate third part alarm equipment where required\\n\\n * Local to London\\n\\n * DBS Check (Basic)\\n\\n * Able to work on own initiative\\n\\nVentro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
