We are recruiting for a Fire Safety Project Manager in Leeds to lead passive fire protection projects from award through to completion. This is a true project management role, sitting firmly at the professional PM end of the spectrum. You will own programme, cost, risk and stakeholder governance, ensuring predictable, compliant and well-controlled delivery across multiple live projects. We are seeking a Project Manager who plans, forecasts, mitigates and governs.
Skills
- Programme development and critical path ownership

Experience
- Proven Project Manager experience within construction, fire safety or another regulated environment
- Ownership of budgets, programmes and risk registers
- Managing multiple concurrent projects from start to finish
- Operating in live, occupied or high‑risk environments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant PM or construction qualification (PRINCE2, NVQ Level 6+, or equivalent experience)
- SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalents)
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Competent with MS Office and project controls tools
- Full UK driving licence
