Ventro Group, the UK’s leading building compliance specialist, is looking for a Façade Consultant – Fire Compliance to join our growing façade consultancy team. This is a fully remote role with a salary of £65,000 – £75,000, where every assessment you deliver contributes directly to safer homes and communities across the UK.

The Role: As a Façade Consultant, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, providing expert guidance on façade fire compliance. Whether you’re early in your consultancy career or bring significant experience, you’ll find opportunities to specialise, grow, and shape the future of façade safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality façade consultancy and fire-compliance services across a diverse range of projects
- Conduct Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) in accordance with PAS 9980:2022
- Undertake site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments of building façades
- Provide expert advice to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on façade fire safety
- Perform third-party reviews, design verification, and technical due diligence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on compliance matters
- Identify opportunities to support and expand our façade consultancy service offerings
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:- MIFSM Level 2 or above
- CFPA Diploma (or equivalent Fire Safety Diploma)
- NEBOSH (basic level standard)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with UK Fire Safety Law
- Proven background in fire safety and façade-related work
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project demands
