About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Building Safety Manager to support our Fire & Building Safety Department with expert technical guidance, Building Safety Case work, and compliance assurance. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, helping drive high‐quality safety outcomes across a varied portfolio of sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong building compliance experience who thrives in a technical, legislation‐driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver Building Safety Case Reports and Gap Analysis Reports
  • Provide clear, competent technical guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Support the development of internal policies, procedures, and training
  • Maintain CPD and stay up to date with legislation and best practice
  • Escalate risks appropriately and communicate effectively across teams
  • Travel to client sites as required

What You'll Need

  • Level 5 Building Safety qualification (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years' experience in a building compliance or safety discipline
  • Strong understanding of building construction, external walls, and compartmentation
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
  • Confident working with legislation, guidelines, and internal policies
  • Full UK driving licence

Location & Travel

This is a field‐based and office‐based hybrid role with travel to client sites across the UK.
