Working with building drawings to understand fire ratings, you'll sometimes conduct destructive surveys to uncover hidden issues, then create detailed lists of defects and develop practical solutions. Beyond the technical surveying work, you'll review quotations from your findings, work closely with Health Check Managers and the Operations team, and meet with clients to explain survey results and the importance of addressing identified issues. You'll also provide ongoing technical support on properties and help Project Managers with your building knowledge and expertise.
