Join a focused, collaborative team where thoughtful communication and mutual support drive success. You’ll conduct site surveys when required, take off quantities from drawings, and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Your role includes maintaining our estimating databases, updating price lists, and ensuring all estimates align with fire safety compliance requirements including Building Regulations Part B and relevant British Standards.
You’ll collaborate with project managers, fire engineers, and installation teams to ensure estimates are both competitive and deliverable. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying project risks, highlighting technical requirements, and ensuring nothing is missed. You’ll also support the sales team with technical queries, product specifications, and help develop pricing strategies that position us ahead of competitors.
The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment - you’ll be managing multiple estimate requests while maintaining the accuracy and speed that win projects.
