Job Description Job Title: Associate Director Location: Stevenage Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to expansion, Ventro are looking for an Associate Director to join the team to lead a team of Project Managers and drive their performance forward. Key Responsibilities: As an Associate Director you will report to the Divisional Director of your area and have a dotted line of responsibility to the Technical and Delivery Director Responsible for Invoiced Value Delivery within Division with Management of 6% of Revenue Responsible for your own Delivery Team Management on a day to day basis. This includes Lead, motivate and develop the team of Project Managers across your area of the country Set objectives and manages performance of the team to ensure overall delivery of strategy/KPIs Coordinate with the Pre Construction Team and QS team to ensure the right labour are identified for the right project at the right time and for the right fee Ensure the team are developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements Ensure Implementati…
