At Ventrica, we’ve ambitious growth plans to support this we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next chapter.
In this role, you’ll be the front line of our commercial team – identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients who can benefit from our customer experience solutions. You’ll work closely with marketing and other members of the commercial team to bring our story to life, drive pipeline, and set the stage for successful partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively seek new business opportunities and initiate conversations with decision-makers across our target sectors.
- Qualify Inbound & Outbound Leads: Follow up on marketing campaigns and outbound efforts, qualifying interest and identifying where we can add value.
- Personalised Engagement: Use a mix of email, messaging, and calls to create relevant and engaging outreach that sparks curiosity and drives conversations.
- Build Relationships: Connect with prospects, understand their needs, and position Ventrica’s services as the solution to their customer experience challenges.
- Sales Handover: Book discovery meetings and work hand-in-hand with our Commercial Team to ensure a smooth and impactful transition from lead to opportunity.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, commercial, operational, and tech colleagues to share.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tech in the CX space to fuel smarter conversations.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or services environment
- A natural communicator who can build rapport, spark interest, and navigate conversations with confidence
- Proven success meeting or exceeding targets, with a strong grasp of lead generation techniques (both warm and cold)
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email prospecting platforms
- An understanding of the customer experience space (contact centres, CX tech, CRM, multichannel, AI/automation) is a plus
- Organised, self-motivated, and hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact
