Overview

Join to apply for the French Customer Service Advisor role at Ventrica. This is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2025. The role supports Puig, a luxury fashion, fragrance, and beauty company.

What you will be responsible for: you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, provide expert product advice reflecting Puig’s luxury brands, proactively manage escalations, handling returns/exchanges, tracking order statuses, and providing clear logistics information. You will act as a bold brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service across telephone, social media, web chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is customer-centric and leaves the customer with a positive, memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customer queries, providing expert product advice reflecting Puig’s luxury brands.
  • Proactively manage escalations, returns/exchanges, order statuses, and logistics information.
  • Deliver exceptional service as a brand ambassador across telephone, social media, web chat, and email.
  • Ensure customer-centric interactions that lead to a positive experience.

Hours, Location & Language

  • 40 hours per week
  • 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote; based in the UK
  • Fluent in both English and French, written and verbal
