We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Advisor to join our team on a pharmaceutical campaign supporting patients prescribed Creon, a critical medication used to treat potentially life-threatening pancreatic diseases.
In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality informational support and helping to ensure access to vital medication.
Please note, this role is a fixed term contract until February 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information to patients regarding Creon.
- Assist patients in locating pharmacies or GP surgeries where Creon may be available.
- Offer guidance to healthcare professionals about expected wholesaler deliveries of Creon.
- Accurately relevant interactions and follow up on escalations / Pharmacovigilance related enquires in line with campaign standards and industry compliance procedures.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with GDPR and company confidentiality policies. (If progressing to supporting the Flu line)
Additional Opportunities:
Successful candidates may also be selected for training and progression to support our flu line, which includes:
- Engaging with GP surgeries, Pharmacies, Wholesalers, and Buying Groups to sell flu vaccines.
- Handling account-related queries and offering support on current, upcoming, or historic flu products and services.
- Maintaining professional knowledge of seasonal flu campaigns and vaccine distribution procedures.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a call centre environment is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive medical topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call logging tools is a plus.
