As an independent specialist, we’re committed to precision, reliability, and long-term performance. We are seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team in Tamworth. This full-time role will involve delivering a wide range of drainage services to both commercial and domestic clients, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out drainage investigations, including CCTV surveying, unblocking, and high-pressure water jetting.
  • Undertake drainage repairs and excavations.
  • Perform routine and emergency drain maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate on-site work records and update internal systems promptly.
  • Prepare jobs effectively, ensuring equipment and resources are ready.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Working Practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within the drainage industry.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with accurate reporting skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications (Training can be provided)

  • High-Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) certification.
  • CSCS card.
  • CAT and Genny Training.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
