As an independent specialist, we’re committed to precision, reliability, and long-term performance. We are seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team in Tamworth. This full-time role will involve delivering a wide range of drainage services to both commercial and domestic clients, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out drainage investigations, including CCTV surveying, unblocking, and high-pressure water jetting.
- Undertake drainage repairs and excavations.
- Perform routine and emergency drain maintenance.
- Maintain accurate on-site work records and update internal systems promptly.
- Prepare jobs effectively, ensuring equipment and resources are ready.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Working Practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within the drainage industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with accurate reporting skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications (Training can be provided)
- High-Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) certification.
- CSCS card.
- CAT and Genny Training.
- Asbestos Awareness.
