You’ll be joining a privately owned main contractor and developer that specialises in care homes and later living accommodation, stepping into a supportive site environment where you learn directly from experienced managers while building real responsibility on live projects. Your first project will be a £10m, 80-bed care home in Peterborough, working closely with an experienced Project Manager. Future schemes are already secured in Kings Lynn and Fakenham, giving you long-term stability and a clear path to progression.

This is a Trainee / Assistant Site Manager role where you’re not stuck observing from the sidelines. You’ll be involved in day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating trades, learning how programmes run, understanding quality and safety, and gradually taking ownership of packages of work.
