The Ventilation Centre is part of the South Yorkshire Ducting Group and manufactures/supplies ducting and fittings plus all necessary components for full ventilation systems. The division based around Manchester is well established but is embarking on a growth strategy that includes local manufacture in the new premises that are about to locate to. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of this growth from the start, having input on the future strategy of the division, bringing in new products and even embarking in new sectors of the HVCA market place.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Stockport. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure the efficient functioning of the branch. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving business targets
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Inventory control
- Monitoring sales performance
- Handling team development
- Coordinating with head office
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and guiding a team.
