Ventia is seeking a Caretaker to support our Defence Base Services contract. The role reports to the Ranges Supervisor and is based at Yampi Sound Base, outside Derby.
It is a full‑time permanent position with a live‑in arrangement, including a house and company car, and a 38‑hour week with on‑call and weekend presence.
Responsibilities include welcoming subcontractors, conducting security checks, grounds maintenance and reporting damage.
