Ventia is seeking an experiencedField Managerto support the delivery of the NBN On Demand module across commercial and residential projects. This newly created role will oversee contractor management, site audits, and field operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Based inNewcastle orSydney, this role offers flexibility with remote work options and minimal travel.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the nbn network across NSW.
  • Lead and manage a team of subcontractors in construction activities of the approved site works.
  • Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience.
  • Liaise with the Area Manager & field workforce to ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Managing the progress of works at various sites in coordination with project staff, to meet client expectations within time constraints, budget, safety, environmental and quality.
  • Weekly Quality & HSE Audits.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Supervisory experience in construction, ideally within the telecommunications sector (NBN ideally).
  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to coordinate and manage contractors.
  • Technologically savvy.
