We are a market-leading organisation in indoor air quality and sustainable ventilation solutions, seeking to strengthen our Sales team with the recruitment of a Sales Director. You will be comfortable operating at a Senior level, protect margin, make tough commercial decisions, and maintain long-term brand reputation while inspiring loyalty and high performance across your teams.
Our expansion spans across Vent‐Axia Public and Private RMI sectors and the Airtech contracting business; we are continually seeking new business opportunities. The Sales Director will drive revenue growth across the Private RMI sector (distributing via our Electrical Wholesale & Merchant partner side) and the Public RMI sector (Social Housing, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations), while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The role combines strong commercial acumen, technical sales capability, structured account management, and disciplined use of CRM sales tools to drive profitable growth. Key responsibilities:- Define and implement the national and multi-channel sales strategy across Public RMI (Social Housing, Local Authorities), Private RMI (Electrical Wholesale & Merchant Channels), and Airtech contracting.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, EBITDA, and margin targets across all channels while maintaining price integrity and margin discipline.
- Lead, develop, and coordinate the multi-layered sales and operations teams.
- Analyse market trends, regulatory drivers (e.g., Part F/L, Net Zero, SHDF, Awaab's Law), competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, wholesalers, buying groups, and strategic partners across both specification and trade channels.
- Oversee and support commercial negotiations, including public sector frameworks, trade agreements, and rebate management.
- Monitor, analyse, and act upon sales KPIs and operational performance, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Define budgets, forecasts, and commercial development plans for all business units.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
- Drive the Total Solution strategy for Airtech, integrating product, surveying, and turnkey installation services.
- Optimise deployment of the Airtech field force and operational resources for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Safeguard customer service and operational reliability, maintaining OTIF performance and long-term client satisfaction.
- Maintain the company's premium positioning, ensuring long-term brand protection.
- Champion CRM and data-driven decision-making, driving adoption and leveraging analytics for strategic insight.
- Inspire and motivate teams through tailored leadership, aligned incentives, and a culture of collaboration.
- Act as the face of the brand, representing the company with industry bodies, local authorities, and national stakeholders.

- Candidates joining from outside the HVAC sector will be expected to rapidly acquire technical expertise in ventilation systems, airflow dynamics, and UK building regulations, including Part F, Part L, and Net Zero initiatives
- Deep understanding of Public Sector frameworks, trade/wholesale agreements, and rebate structures
