Position Summary
We're hiring a skilled Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation and/or business law. You'll handle complex cases, advise business clients, and represent them in court, mediation, and transactions. This is a high-impact role with room to grow professionally and make a meaningful difference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation and business law matters from start to finish
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct depositions and confidently appear in court
  • Represent clients in mediations and negotiations
  • Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and strategy
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
  • Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
