Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Property Manager to join their property services company based in near Dartford, Kent This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company where there is the opportunity to grow. The role entails (but is not limited to): Managing a portfolio of private residential properties in North West Kent. Liaising with all appropriate parties as required. Arranging and supervising visits and repairs. Preparing tenancy agreements, statutory notices and all ah hoc admin relating to the properties. Managing all outstanding rental payments. Mediating disputes between landlords and tenants and handling deposit returns. This role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The hours are 9AM to 6PM A successful candidate will have: the ARLA qualification (preferred). at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager. Experience working within Forklift sales or capital equipment sales A full driving licence with own transport.
