Test Automation Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a Automation Test Analyst to lead the design, execution, and maintenance of test automation frameworks across web applications. You’ll work closely with QA leadership to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery using both manual and automated testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain UI automation frameworks (Java, Selenium, TestNG)
• Develop and execute BDD tests using Cucumber and Gherkin
• Perform performance and security testing (JMeter, Groovy, security tools)
• Manage regression testing, UAT, and full test cycles
• Collaborate with developers and mentor junior testers
• Report defects and track testing via Jira/Confluence

What You’ll Bring

• Strong automation experience (Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
• Solid understanding of TDD, BDD, and POM
• Experience in Agile environments and financial services (insurance a plus)
• Great communication, ownership, and team leadership skills
