What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals, subcontractors, and managers to deliver a complex, long-term programme.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of critical suppliers and coordinating activity across multiple live contracts.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme outcomes.
- Negotiating and managing supplier contracts in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing robust contract management strategies and plans.
- Owning supplier performance, including tracking, reporting, and driving improvements across key metrics.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience working on large-scale programmes or major subcontracting projects, including commercial contract negotiation.
- Strong background in supply chain management, particularly contract strategy, negotiation, and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- MCIPS (or equivalent) professional qualification.
