We\’re seeking a Technical Senior Project and Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and/or non-complex programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-complexity technical projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Create and maintain project documentation in line with best practices.
- Mentor and guide project staff, including team leads and product owners.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay current on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Project or Program Management.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of technical project management and leadership practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
